Easy and healthy! Cheese and Chicken with Apple
Can be made with easily available ingredients, all you need is to put everything in a bowl or a plastic bag before you fry.
Ingredients
- 1/2 apple, cored
- 200g chicken breast
- 100g chicken neck meat
- 6 perilla leaves
- Seasonings:
- 2 TBS potato starch
- 30g shredded molten cheese
- 1 TBS sake
- 2 TBS mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Directions

Cut 2 kinds of chicken meats into 1 cm cubes.

Cut the apple into a little smaller size than chicken. They supposed to hold a crunchy texture.

Tear perilla leaves to shreds.

In a bowl, mix them all except the oil. (You may use a ‘ziplock.’)

In a medium heated frying pan, add some oil, drop a spoon full of batter each on the pan. Heat for 3 minutes. When it gets browned and hardened, turn over and heat until cooked inside.
Tips for the recipe
You can replace chicken leg for breast and neck meat.
Use less or more cheese adjusting to your taste.
It fits to lunch box menu since it’s even tasty when cold.
