Easy and healthy!  Cheese and Chicken with Apple

Can be made with easily available ingredients, all you need is to put everything in a bowl or a plastic bag before you fry.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 apple, cored
  • 200g chicken breast
  • 100g chicken neck meat
  • 6 perilla leaves
  • Seasonings:
  • 2 TBS potato starch
  • 30g shredded molten cheese
  • 1 TBS sake
  • 2 TBS mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Oil for frying

Directions

1. 1. Cut the chilled butter into 1 cm cubes and place in the flour.

Cut 2 kinds of chicken meats into 1 cm cubes.

Tips for the recipe

You can replace chicken leg for breast and neck meat.
Use less or more cheese adjusting to your taste.
It fits to lunch box menu since it’s even tasty when cold.
