Apple and Seaweed Namul
Ingredients
- 1/2 apple
- 80 g fresh wakame seaweed or 7 grams of dried seaweed, softened in water
- 1 TBS. vinegar
- 1 TBS. sesame seed oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sesame seed
Directions

Cut apple in 1/8 wedges and slice them in 5mm width.

In a bowl, mix and marinate apple, seaweed, vinegar, sesame seed oil, salt and sesame seed.

Apple and seaweed go so well, the beer goes down smoothly.
As a crisp and refreshing side dish, I believe it would complement any kind of cooking. It makes a great drinking nibble as well.
