Yogurt Pomme Pomme "Yogurt cake with apples"
Ingredients(9×18cm pound mold)
- granulated sugar 40g
- egg 2
- grape seed oil 1 tbsp
- plain yogurt 70g
- flour 100g
- baking powder 1/2 tsp
- ■Apple
- Apple 1
- granulated sugar 10g
Instructions
Keep the oven preheated to 170°C
Sift the cake flour and baking powder together
Remove the core of the apple and cut it into cubes of about 1 cm with the skin on.
Sprinkle the cut apples with granulated sugar and fry in a pan.
Stir-fry over high heat and when the moisture is removed, turn off the heat and let it cool.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add the granulated sugar and whisk over a 60°C water bath. When it becomes soggy, remove it from the water bath and whisk it even better.
Add the grapeseed oil and whisk further, then add the plain yogurt and mix with a whisk so that the whole mixture is blended.
Key point!
Rather than adding apples raw, fry them to remove the moisture, so that the taste is more concentrated.
This time I used grapeseed oil, but it is better to avoid olive oil and other strongly scented foods to make the most of the flavor of yogurt.
You can also use salad oil or rice bran oil.
