Homemade Apple Vinegar
Ingredients
- 2 Apples (about 500 g)
- 400 g Granulated Sugar
- 500 ml Grain Vinegar
Cooking Directions

Sterilize a glass jar by boiling.
2.
Wash apples and core. Do not peel apples. Cut them into quarter slices.
Tips
Even stale apples work well.
Leftover apples are welcomed to use up for zero-waste.
