Healthy! Apple & Cheese Gratin
And best of all, it's delicious.
Ingredients(For 4 people)
- Apple 1
- Onion 1
- Bacon 50g
- Butter 1 tbsps
- Wheat 1 tbsps
- Milk 200cc
- Cheese for pizza 100g
- Granule consommé 1 tsp
- Salt, pepper a little
Instructions
Chop the apples with the skin, cut the onion into thin slices, and cut the bacon into 2cm wide pieces.
Put butter in a frying pan heated over medium heat and fry the onions. When the onions are tender, add the bacon and apples and stir-fry.
When the onion becomes clear, sprinkle in the flour and envelop the flour all over until it is no longer powdery.
When it starts to boil, add the consommé and cheese and mix until thickened while cooking.
You can also enjoy mozzarella, camembert, and other types of cheese.

It's easy because you don't use white sauce!
While a general macaroni gratin with chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, etc. is about 400~600kcal for one serving, this apple cheese gratin is about 273kcal per serving, which is quite healthy!
Yet it is satisfying and can be eaten without guilt.
