Chocolate and Apple Sticks

Ingredients (Makes 6)
- 1/2 Apple
- 1 TBS Sugar
- 1 TBS Lemon juice
- 60 g Bar of chocolate
- 2 11 x 18 cm frozen pie crusts
- 1 Egg yolk, beaten
Instructions

Thaw the frozen pie crusts at room temperature.

Combine the apple, sugar and lemon juice in a bowl.
Cover lightly with a plastic wrap and microwave for 2 min. at 700W.

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Cut chocolate into 1~1.5cm width.
Tips
No need to use a pan, just microwave. Then fold and bake!
