The golden combination of apple and honey is combined with the freshness of yogurt to create a refreshing ice cream that is not too sweet.
The apple compote, which is added later, has a nice crunchy texture!
Ingredients(For 5 people)
Apple …… 2
Lemon juice …… 2 tbsps
Honey …… 3 tbsps
Fresh cream …… 100ml
Plain yogurt …… 50g
Instructions
1.
Remove the apple skin and core, and cut into 1-1.5 cm cubes.
2.
Put the apple and lemon juice in a heat-resistant bowl, mix, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave at 600W for about 6 minutes to remove the heat.
3.
When the heat is removed, add honey, mix well, and divide in half.
4.
Put half the amount of apples, fresh cream and yogurt in a mixer and mix until smooth.
5.
Put 4 and the rest of the apples in a freezer bag and lightly knead to mix. Cool and harden in the freezer to complete.
Points!
If you add the honey while the apples are still hot, the honey flavor will be lost, so let them cool before adding them.
When serving, take it out of the freezer and leave it for a while, then knead it from the top of the bag to soften it and make it easier to scoop.
