- Plain yogurt 100g
- Apple, banana and yogurt smoothie

Instructions

Cut apples into bite-sized pieces and freeze.

Put all the ingredients in a mixer until it reaches the desired roughness and it's done.
Tips!
No ice is used, so you can enjoy the taste of the apple itself.
Regarding very smoothie, the apples will melt over time, so make it before drinking.
Banana smoothies are especially prone to oxidation and turn black quickly, so make them just before you drink them.
